  1.  Check your ticket item before purchasing to see if it is refundable. 

  2.  Tickets include an online processing fee of approximately 5%. 

  3.  Online processing fees are NOT refundable regardless of cancelation reason or by the party canceling (i.e., by the customer or the Crosby Community Center).
